We accept orders 24/7 via our website www.plasticproductsmfg.com, e-mail or fax (714-524-8145). Telephone orders must be accompanied by a signed proposal and/or credit card authorization form. Plastic Products Manufacturing requires a $25.00 minimum order except for sample orders. This amount does not include the cost of shipping.
Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order requirement is $50.00. Custom Items (Non-Standard Sizes / Styles) is $250.00. Silk-Screen / Imprint minimum order is 50 pieces.
All orders will be acknowledged via e-mail prior to shipment. Please make sure we have your correct e-mail address. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the acknowledgment for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Changes made after acknowledgment must be confirmed in writing, including changes to shipping instructions. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you accept the order as we understand it.
Terms of Payment
We accept major credits including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also send a check, money order, or cashier’s check in advance as pre-payment for your order. Checks must be received and cleared with our bank prior to shipping your order. ACH (Automated Clearing House) is available on a per-approved basis. Plastic Products Mfg. offers Net 30 terms on approved credit. Prior to placing an order, please submit a completed Credit Application form using the link below. Please allow 7-10 business days to establish credit. We will notify you via e-mail whether your credit line is accepted or denied. Minimum order of $500.00 applies unless you’ve made prior arrangements.
Checks returned to us by the bank will incur a $25.00 returned check fee.
All orders are shipped pre-paid and add via FedEx or Common Carrier. Buyer has the option to specify a carrier on freight collect shipments. All shipments are FOB Origin unless otherwise contracted with buyer. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged as a separate line item on applicable invoices. We do not ship USPS unless pre-paid labels are supplied to us. The customer is responsible for scheduling a pick-up. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Rush Orders | Expedited Shipments
Standard, in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours. If you require expedited delivery, please be sure to contact us via phone to ensure transit time meets your delivery date. Plastic Products Mfg. is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from the carrier.
We ship internationally, including Canada, via FedEx International Economy. Please note, custom and duty fees apply. Contact customer service for your rate or by sending an e-mail to our shipping team.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Special Handling and Packaging
We will accommodate any special handling/packaging instructions or care that is required. Additional fees may apply. Please contact a Customer Support Specialist by calling 800-611-6466 or sending an e-mail.
We will gladly ship your order to multiple locations. A $5.00 charge per location applies. Please provide an excel spreadsheet via e-mail. Company Name, Contact, Phone Number, and Address are required.
We make every effort to have available a wide variety of items. However, you may have a need for an item that we do not normally carry in stock. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-611-6466 for more information and a quotation. We require drawings or a sample of your custom part.
Our quoted delivery time commences upon receipt of all approvals and payment arrangements. At Plastic Products Mfg. discretion, we will send you a preproduction sample for your approval prior to production. With this sample, we will also send a “First Article of Approval” form for you to sign and e-mail back to us stating that you approve the preproduction sample. We will begin production upon our receipt of this form and payment arrangements have been made. If you request a sample part prior to placing an order, there will be a charge. Contact customer service for more information. This sample fee will be refunded upon placement of your bulk order. A 50% deposit is required for all custom work. This includes customers with open account terms with us unless other arrangements are made and approved by Plastic Products Mfg.
Due to minimum quantities, we must purchase, breakages, and other factors, we cannot guarantee an exact quantity of your custom order that we will ship and bill. We do reserve the right to ship up-to 10% over or under the quantity ordered. Please notify use if there is a minimum quantity that you require. In this case, we will guarantee this minimum quantity however, there may still be an overrun.
You may cancel your order for standard items at any time prior to shipment without additional charges within a reasonable timeframe. All order cancellations must be requested by e-mail. Any order cancellation requests received after the order has been packed/shipped will be subject to our Return Policy.
Order Cancellations | Custom Order
Custom orders may be cancelled in writing, prior to the start of production. “Custom” includes: Any item manufactured to customers specification, a standard part manufactured in excess of Plastic Products Mfg. normal inventory levels, and any special packaging or special requests other than “off-the-shelf”. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after a pre-production sample is approved and we have commenced production. Commencing production includes the purchase of raw materials, special boxes/packaging, and any labor involved. Orders cancelled against these terms will be charged in full. Delays in shipment due to transportation issues, power outages, acts of God or any unforeseen circumstances are not a valid reason for cancellation. Please contact customer service at 800-611-6466 or e-mail us regarding custom orders that are unacceptable due to defective material and/or nonconformance to industry standards.
Our products are warranted against defects in material and manufactured according to industry standards. Plastic Products Manufacturing, LLC makes no other warranty of any kind, whatsoever, express or implied: and any implied warranty merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is hereby disclaimed by Plastic Products Manufacturing, LLC.
Standard items are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items being returned for any reason must have prior authorization from a Plastic Products Manufacturing team member. We will issue a return authorization (RA) number which must be clearly written on the outside of all packages being shipped back to us or our receiving department may refuse your return. All return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted. Returned items must be in original packaging and in original condition to be considered for a refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A credit/refund will be issued upon our satisfactory inspection of all merchandise. Custom items are not eligible for returns.
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all cartons immediately for damaged product before signing for merchandise. We package all our items with the utmost care and concern for your order.
Any packages received in a damaged condition should be rejected and/or noted at the time of receipt. The customer assumes all risk of lost or damaged products in transit, and likewise assumes responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier. Any damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We encourage taking pictures and submitting photos. (Delays in reporting damage will prevent carrier from accepting responsibility for damage, and customer will then be held responsible for the merchandise). Plastic Products Mfg. will assist in any way we can to help with your claim to the carrier. If your shipment was shipped Freight Collect or we used a customers’ FedEx or UPS account number, responsibility is between the customer and carrier, and it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier accordingly.
Third Party Spend Management Programs (ASI, Coupa, etc.)
We do not participate in any Spend Management Practices, such as Ariba or Coupa, Third Party Supplier Networks, ASI or any other discount programs.
